I have had nothing but problems with them for the last 6 months. It started when I upgraded my phone, the ATT rep said the phone I chose would interface with Microsoft Outlook nope sure didnt.... I was able to swap it for the "Newest" phone. They were sure this one would interface with Outlook... sure if your using WIndows 95 or XP the vendor has no plan on supporting Windows 7. So much for Newest phone and current software. I did not want to go to a data phone if I didnt have to. Well it looks like I have no choice but now being as I have already upgraded to a phone that doesnt do what they said it would they tell me it's going to cost me between $400.00 ~ $600.00 to "upgrade" to an IPhone.
